Sachiko has been with me when I have gone to talk to the tenant, has worked with me in doing all she can in helping the tenant get her issues resolved, so appreciative of her help and understanding. Can not begin to thank Sachio for all her help. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
- MJMary JonesJul 11, 20225.0Just a couple of weeks ago my daughter Morgan moved from Georgia to Wenatchee. She was fortunate to secure an apartment ahead of time at your complex. I kept hearing her talk about Sachi and how much help she had been throughout the process.(Even all the way across the country!) I made the trip to Wenatchee with Morgan driving and pulling some of her belongings in a Uhaul trailer. She still had about 10 days until her apartment would be ready but they allowed her to move her things into one of the storage units at the complex. Even though upon arrival, Sachi was not there, the lady in the office was extremely sweet and accommodating. She helped us find the appropriate size storage unit so we could unload without any problems and return the Uhaul quickly. As a parent, with a daughter moving all the way across the country, I couldn't be more pleased and at ease with her new residence. Aside from the super friendly and helpful staff, the apartment complex itself seemed very safe, was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. She has since moved in and loves it! Thank you Rylee Ann Apartments!

She was professional yet friendly. She made coming to the office with little issues easy because I knew she’d always look out for the best of the community.
