  To start, Anita is a beautiful ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and a broad supporter of human rights. She is an amazing human being on top of being an exceptional realtor and I always highly recommend her to anyone who even whispers about real estate in my presence. I've worked with Anita twice now. She helped me find my first home in 2016 as a single young Sailor and the whole process was such a breeze. Fast forward to 2025, my family of three just bought our dream home in Oak Harbor with Anita's help during a time when I thought we would NEVER find anything even close to what we wanted in our price range. She was so patient with us and I'm forever grateful that she did not allow us to settle for several houses that came before. Anita is remarkably intelligent and so well connected within our community that she'll always have a solution to any problem you come across. She does not take "no" for answer and will never tell you "I don't know." If you couldn't tell, I am a HUGE fan of Anita's and I can't wait for you to fall in love with her like I did!

  Anita is the kindest human! She literally put in time doing yard work and helping with projects in my house to get it ready to sell. She went out of her way to make a complex transaction work, as we had found our own buyers who wanted to rent from us first, and then convert the transaction to a sale. She knows the market, is honest and caring, and made sure that all aspects were considered and taken care of for our renting and selling process. She is LGBTQ+ affirming, and gives a wonderful sense of safety for families who may not be traditional. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell on Whidbey!

  Our family is so grateful to Anita for her help in selling our parents’ home. We had just lost dad and were moving mom to live with us. We were feeling overwhelmed. Anita was so helpful with letting us know how to prep for photos and showing. She gave us an accurate idea of how much to ask in order to make a quick sale, and was willing to work with the HOA to find the right buyer. Through this difficult time, she made this process seem manageable and not at all overwhelming. We would highly recommend Anita.

  I dont think there is another realtor on this island that would go over and beyond like Anita. She genuinely cares. Every challenge we ran into Anita's optimistic outlook and professionalism ended with a positive result. She explained the process in which was easy to understand and always truthful. I will 100% be calling her for our next real estate adventure. Highly recommend Anita!

  As first time homebuyers Anita was there when we needed her. On top of that, she helped us find a home that was a ferry ride and 45 minute drive away. She is a highly experienced Realtor whether you just want to find that right home to finding one to renovate she is there to answer all your questions or give you information that you never thought of. She is not just a great realtor she is a great friend!! Thank you Anita❤
