The lady was very professional n very knowledgeable. Some people don’t have furniture n just the fact that they furnished the apartment was my number one deal of the day you get to an age that you just don’t need to carry around furniture . Also the celebrations that you guys put out there on holidays gives people a chance to enjoy each other’s company . Love it ❤️thank you for be the tour

I moved out 8/31/25, I will say my experience moving out was a lot better than moving in. I was nervous to move out despite cleaning that place top to bottom due to reviews of people being charged for rediculous things, but all I was charged for was replacing blinds (which I was completely okay with because I did accidentally break mine in my room) and mandatory carpet replacement for each resident. I think that is fair to replace carpet for next tenant, but I wish mine would have been replaced moving in. When I moved in I already had carpet torn up by I am assuming a pet cat, and my room was very dirty, and my roommates who were there first kept the common areas disgusting, yet when they moved out I was responsible for fully cleaning the common area for new roommates or I could be charged. I think this was all before new ownership/management, so I do think things got better. My last year or two here maintenance was awesome, super quick to respond to issues. My only complaint even the last couple years was privacy, I understand their quarterly inspections that’s fair, but my last year here no roommates had moved in and they did 5+ vacancy checks along with the regular inspections, kept doing “make ready” inspections for a new roommate, but then no roommate ever moved in. An example two notices placed on my door one was for 7/21 saying they were coming in for a make ready inspection (again no new roommate ever came), and another notice stating on 7/22 they were coming for a vacancy check. If they were just in my apartment the day prior wouldn’t they see it is vacant except for my room? It just seemed a bit invasive and odd made me a bit uncomfortable. But overall it’s not the most ideal place but I think it works espciecially for college kids who need to save money with cheap rent it’s a decent place to live.
