  I came to tour on Saturday and this place greatly exceeded my expectations! It is gated, secluded, and private. I am excited to call the Grove my new home this fall :)

  Any cons they have are greatly outweighed by the pros. The cons are hearing the train (which you will anywhere in Cheney), dated furniture with general wear and tear, and the showers not having a detachable wand. The pros are just about everything else. Price and location cannot be even close to beat. Private bedrooms with your own full size bathroom and walk-in closet is great space. The shared living area is spacious and never feels crowded. It comes pre-furnished, your room has a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair (uncomfy but oh well), dresser, and end table. The amenities such as the club house, pool, gym, and tanning beds are a great feature. The staff are all great, maintenance is very fast and efficient. The snow care team is incredibly well prepared. They also host fun events on occasion, such as movie nights, paint-a-pumpkin, or thirsty thursdays.

  The Grove at Cheney is an incredible place to live if you are a first time renter or going to school at Eastern Washington University. I began living here after 2 years of the dorms. The staff is incredible and kind and always willing to solve a problem if you let them. The rent is cheap and the apartments are fully furnished with a bed and frame, a nightstand, a desk and chair, and a dresser all in the bedroom which is your personal space with a walk in closet and personal bathroom. Then in the communal space you have a fully functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, and in the dining and living area you get a table and chairs as well as a couch, an armchair, an ottoman, and an end table. Again they are incredibly kind and cheap. Great place to live.

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Grove at Cheney Apartments. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. The community feels clean and safe, and maintenance requests are handled fast. The units are spacious, the location is perfect for students and young adults, and the amenities make daily life really convenient. I appreciate how the management communicates clearly and keeps everything organized. Overall, it’s been a smooth, positive living experience, and I definitely recommend The Grove to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable housing in Cheney.
