I was forced to relocate within the course of a week with no assistance from apartment management. My only recourse was to sign a new lease for a lesser apartment. Nothing has been done within the past six months to fix my original apartment.

I recommend a higher floor if you find one available. The staff are also extremely professional, I was fortunate enough to work with Jeff the property manager here and I never had a single issue or incident. Every time I needed something I was made a priority and whatever the issue was it was solved immediately. If i were to come back here this is where I would choose to live again.

The club house is nice to hang out in while the rooftop gives a nice view while you bbq in the summertime. Location wise the property is located near anything that may be needed. Will be applying to move back in when I move back to Washington.

The location is perfect — close to the ferry (easy trips to Seattle or Port Orchard), YMCA gym, Subway, and great Indian and Mexican restaurants. It’s also near the base and just a short drive to downtown Bremerton, making it easy to enjoy all the local festivals and events. The rooftop access is a big plus — perfect for barbecues or relaxing watching the sunset. The management team is helpful and courteous, and the building feels safe with secure key access. Thank you for a great experience! If I move back to the area, this will definitely be my first choice for renting again.
