- BABlack AngelOct 10, 20255.0I had a great one-year stay here! The building is always immaculate and smells nice. The location is perfect — close to the ferry (easy trips to Seattle or Port Orchard), YMCA gym, Subway, and great Indian and Mexican restaurants. It’s also near the base and just a short drive to downtown Bremerton, making it easy to enjoy all the local festivals and events. The rooftop access is a big plus — perfect for barbecues or relaxing watching the sunset. The management team is helpful and courteous, and the building feels safe with secure key access. Thank you for a great experience! If I move back to the area, this will definitely be my first choice for renting again.

Jeffery the Manager is very helpful and friendly, our move in was incredibly easy. Scott the Maintenance Supervisor is also very helpful and friendly. This is the best place to live!
- MPmax powerAug 28, 20251.0Horrible experience. Used to be the best apartment complex around but since the new management company moved in it’s nothing but dumpster fire. Speaking of fire there is a fire alarm issue at least once a month so get used to your pets having ptsd and work from home actively disrupted. Every part of the complex is being actively monetized and not for benefit of the residents, as residents we actually get the privilege of paying for events that used to be free such as having access to our rooftop for the fireworks :)

Views are unbeatable with the harbor and Bremerton Boardwalk right down the steps as well as being conveniently located by restaurants and the ferry terminal to Seattle/Port Orchard. Would Highly Recommend to anyone needing a hotel or looking to rent an apartment.
