  Elissa gave us a tour of the apartment complex and she was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Staff like Elissa truly make a difference when you’re looking for a new home!

  Actual fix went great. I asked to be contacted via provided phone number in the request to schedule the repair but they ended up just showing up and we had to schedule a different time later.

  Mold Mold Mold........ The Stone Meadow Farms is a cheaply constructed property with budget vinyl siding that leaks and low quality CPVC plumbing which is highly prone to fail. We experienced huge patches of black mold growing through the walls of our child's nursery and had to move them into the other bedroom as a result. Many of the residents here have complained about similar issues. But instead of correcting the leaks management simply recommended victims run the bathroom fans continuously to reduce the moisture in the units. What's really ironic is that rent has almost tripled over the last 10 years and so you'd think management and the owners would have plenty of money to resolve the issues with the property. It's truly horrifying that management has chosen instead to use the extra income to support the lavish lifestyles of the owners at the expense of the health of the victims who live here, but hey at least there is free coffee in the club house..........

  Over the 8 years I have lived here, this is the frist time that when AMC took over they stuck promises to do projects that Residence have requested or needed to be done. They installed a dog park on the property this year which is soemthign the residents have been requesting at lease 4 years. The office staff and Maintenance are Rock Stars. Elissa the Leasing Consultant is so kind and will do what she can to help. She is also good at making lease renewal easy and efficent. Ana the assitant manager is also very kind and if you ask a question she will find a soulution or know who talk too. She is dedicated to her job and I see her come in early to get work done before the day starts sometimes. This shows her dedication and I could see her as a Property Manager in her future. Mariah the Property Manager is a recent additon to the team and she is also very kind and welcoming and also helped to make my lease renewal easy.Trent the maintenace manager is skilled at managing the Techs and also not afraid to get his hands dirty and will work as hard as his Technician. He showed great leadership when he was coordinating all the projects that went on this summer to upgrade the property. He managed to coordinate everything so that it all could get done with less inconvenience to the residents if he could depending on the project.Then Bill the Maintenance Tech is also a great guy and a hard worker. He is very knowledge about all things maintenance and turning over apartments so they can get more residents at Stonemeadow Farms. While walking my dog Occasionally If I see soemthign that may need to be looked, Bill will go out of his way to check on it and can let management know. Also he Played Santa Claus for the resident event Pictures with Santa. He was kind and was patient with everyone especially my dog who would not settle down for pictures because he was overstimulated. He tried to help as ,much as possiable so we could get a decent picture! Somehow Ana caught a few good pictures of me and my dog and I call that talent for sure. Overall the Staff at Stonemeadow farms are Rock Stars and I would recommend anyone looking for an apratment, take a look at Stonemeadow Farms.
