  I don’t often write reviews, but Brandon truly deserves one. I reached out to several real estate agents in the area while dealing with the death of a parent. I was living out of state, and trying to manage a lot at once. Brandon was the only person who took the time to really respond, he not only answered my questions, he also thoughtfully addressed everything I shared, even the parts that weren’t questions. He also gave me clear, complete information from the start, without making me chase details or piece things together over time. Brandon stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire process. I was never handed off to a team of people I didn’t know. He kept me informed at every step, explained his advice and the reasoning behind it, and never once made me feel pressured. Every decision was left in my hands, and this mattered very much during this difficult process. What stood out most was the final check in, to see if I was ok, after everything was completed. Brandon is not only an excellent real estate agent, but a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

  Working with Brandon on the sale of our 60-year-old manse was a genuinely positive experience. The home required significant work to bring it up to code for residential use, and Brandon jumped in with the kind of dedication you don’t often see. He worked with a land use planning consultant to legally separate the manse from the church, so we could sell them to different purchasers. Creating separate legal plots is very tricky to do in this part of the country! Brandon knew all the right people to call, and he hired them, and oversaw them. He alone coordinated inspections, arranged repairs, and found the right contractors for every step — all while giving clear, honest advice about where to invest and where we could avoid unnecessary costs. That included the repair and remodel work! He made a daunting process feel manageable and supported. What stood out most was Brandon’s dependability and the sense of trust he built with us from the very beginning. He was easy to reach, always transparent, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the property was ready for the market. Thanks to his steady guidance and genuine care, the sale was smooth, successful, and far less stressful than we expected. He’s absolutely the kind of person you want in your corner.

  Brandon is a very fair realtor. We reached out to him about a property he was selling and he was prompt to respond. He represents his clients interests while listening to the other party. Although we did not close the deal, Brandon was very respectful and a pleasure to work with. His assistant Doreen also showed us the property and was very accommodating and kind. They make a great team! Plus he is really tall, so he’s good at changing light bulbs.
