  Just moved in and washer/dryer are broken, having a w/d in unit was the deciding factor for us to live here. There are also cockroaches. If I could afford the fee to break the lease and move out immediately I would do that. Do not move here

  Thr Ridge apartments is an excellent place to live. Ariana the new manager is amazing, very polite, responsible, with an extrovert personality and willing to resolve problems with an ethical manner. If something needs to be fix in the apartment she inmediatly respond and solve it. I admire Ariana for her discipline and good character. Since she is here the building looks very clean and in better shape. Location of this property is very convenient as well near restaurants, markets and hospitals.

  Since the arrival of Arianna (property manager), we have seen much improvement when we try to reach out to submit work order, following up with updates, and ask questions. Her presence is noticeable and made a difference.

  I just moved in a month ago, I met Arriana the property manager. She is so kind, patient and extremely helpful. She went beyond and above her job description in assisting with some of the deliveries I had while away and she had it placed in the apartment.
