  The management team and the maintenance team was willing to physically fight me when I said that it seems like this is section 8 living apartments. you can take that as you will. ask for March 24, 2026 documents at 1 to 2 PM. You can literally see a maintenance worker getting up in somebody’s face because they asked if it was section 8 living or not. The guy did not de-escalate the situation and the management woman was not willing to help at all. Take that as you will, if you want to live here.

  They let the trash overflow very badly at Overlook at lakemont I have reported to the main office and the staff does nothing

  They do not enforce the no trash dumping policy,makes the place look like the slums IT HAPPENS REGULARLY THE CAMERAS ARE BASICALLY FOR SHOW THEY DONT USE THEM TO FINE THE PEOPLE WHO DOES IT DAILY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERAS I’m so disappointed in the management and to embarrassed to even invite someone over ,

  My experience visiting Overlook at Lakemont was amazing from start to finish. I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. Naomie was very informative on our tour and made sure I knew where all the amenities were. When we got back Kristen was very helpful as well with answering any questions I had. They were both very friendly and personable. While we were in the office, the manager and assistant, Colleen and Janeth, came out to make sure I had no further questions and that I felt very comfortable and confident about choosing these apartments.
