They approved my application after weeks of pending approval, only to later reverse their decision and deny my application. One day they say they are sending me the lease, the next day they are ghosting me. Not sure how legal this is? I had utilities, movers, everything scheduled. Blessing in disguise I guess. This place is a health hazard. The phone number that is listed on their email goes immediately to a robo caller with no voicemail setup, so it is difficult to find someone to speak to about whether or not my holding deposit will be refunded. Avoid this place at costs!! It is dingy, run down, and the people in Los Angeles do not care about these mold and roach infested apartments. You're better off staying in a Motel 6 or Extended Stay hotel. There's no other apartment community where they advertise leaving positive reviews on the hallway walls. I wonder why lol.

I took some time off work for a guided apartment tour here. I waited outside the leasing office (which was locked with all the lights off) for 20+ minutes with no one coming to meet me and no communication from management. They also ignored all my calls. While waiting, I talked to a current resident who complained of pests, leaks, mold, and things breaking in the apartment, who was also unable to get ahold of management. Awful place that doesn't respect your time

I do not recommend living in this apartment. My overall experience has been disappointing, and interactions with management have been particularly frustrating. The property manager has frequently changed—sometimes every few months—which results in poor communication and disrupted maintenance requests. Each time I submit a maintenance order, it’s often overlooked or lost during management transitions, forcing me to reschedule repeatedly. If I could turn back time, I would have chosen a different place to live. Unfortunately, relocating now is quite difficult for me, but I strongly advise prospective residents to reconsider before moving in. This apartment complex appears outdated and, quite frankly, resembles a repurposed motel. The building’s condition raises concerns, and in my opinion, a complete renovation is necessary. I share this review to help others make an informed decision and avoid the stress I’ve experienced.

Horrible experience renting here (2023-2024). I have lived in 8 different apartment complexes in the last 10 years, and this is by far the worst of them all. 1. Cockroaches everywhere. Our apartment ended up getting treated 4 times, making me uproot the kitchen each time. There were still cockroaches present when we moved out. 2. Management is horrible. This place changed hands 3 times in the 1 year that I lived here. They lost my lease in the process, and the fees kept changing along with the rent portal. I could never get them to fix anything in the apartment, and our apartment was in bad shape when we moved in. Carpet patches, closet door not hung on the wall, stains on the countertops, busted cabinets + drawers, and deep scrapes on the kitchen floor. 3. Internet service is a mess. I had xfinity out twice to fix the connection issues. 4. When I lived here the neighbors were terrible. The fire alarm went off 6+ times, with one of the times being a legitimate fire on floor 1. Please pick somewhere else to live, this is not it.
