  The experience with the management team was extremely disappointing. We toured this community and were given the impression that a townhome would be available for a January 6 move-in. Two weeks later, we were suddenly informed that the unit was not renovated and that move-in would be delayed until mid-February. By then, we had already passed on other housing options in good faith and are now facing serious housing uncertainty. This delay was entirely due to management’s failure to verify unit readiness before committing to a move-in timeline. What’s worse, management offered no meaningful solutions, and then increased the rent by over $300 despite the situation being their responsibility. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no regard for renters’ time or trust. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property.

  Noise Problems Ignored: My unit constantly had loud squeaking and thumping from above, especially at night. I complained multiple times, but nothing was ever done. Zero concern for tenant comfort. Freezing Cold Apartment: No matter what I did, the place stayed uncomfortably cold. Management had no real solutions apart from asking me to put curtains Deposit Nightmare: After moving out, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve followed up several times and now they don’t even bother answering calls. Completely unprofessional and feels like they’re just avoiding paying back what they legally owe.

  Hakim in maintenance is always on top of everything. I had an issue and he was calling to verify I was home and got there in less than two hours. He always seems so busy too, so it really makes a resident feel special when there is that much quality attention paid.

  This was a great place to live prior to Waterton property management taking over. To echo previous reviews we were recently informed that we will be forced to use a managed wifi service from Xfinity, essentially paying for public wifi with no end user control over our network. This speed is also slower than our current plan while it was advertised as being their "fastest" plan. In addition to this I've summed up the pros and cons below Pros: - great floorplan - great front office/ maintenance (Waterton as a company being the outlier) Cons: - Forced to use managed wifi (1gb down, 20 mb up)(waterton) - Installed floodlights pointing in our windows (waterton) - wired up a ground in the fuse box when we moved in that nearly burnt down our apt - single pane windows - poor seals on doors/ windows - small washer dryer (unable to fit most blankets - invasive pet questionnaire (waterton) - force to use Latch (digital lock), which keeps and transmits logs of comings and goings. They will also not provide a physical key and ask that you call maintenance if the lock fails, which is quite often.

  Great community with all amenities. Very nice leasing team and administration Great Maintenance experiences! Every time I have any maintenance requirement, it has been resolved quickly without ever a need to follow up. Recently I had raised a service request at night and by morning Javier Rivera from maintenance team was there to help me. He resolved issue quickly and is very professional.
