- NZNina ZecevicMar 11, 20245.0We have been here for almost 5 years and we love it. Whenever we had a maintenance issue the maintenance team would be very responsive and helpful. Dragomir the superintendent and Jose are truly the best! They always respond to our maintenance request fast and fix whatever problem we had in timely manner. There was an issue with garbage not properly disposed in the recycling area (with tenants leaving non recyclable items there and also not putting it IN actual bins) which caused rodents infestation in that area, however we raised the issue with the management and Pete (the manager) have put a lot of effort to solve the problem and to follow up with us on the issue. Since then we haven’t seen any rodents around there and I know they are still working on improving the garbage bin area.
