  Please do not live at these apartments if you have a car!!! You pay $25 a year for an uncovered and not guaranteed parking spot but get this, there is never parking at all!! There is plenty of undercover parking that is $70 a month but you get towed if you pay and park there anyways! They tow for no reason they don’t care! They leave residents with no parking, ridiculous!! Be careful don’t park here unless you happen to find a free spot, they tow 6 cars per night or more. I talked to the superior towing company the apartments use and they told me they tow the most cars from these apartments. Overlook at Lakemont, please make more parking for your residents!

  The property is always well-maintained and their workers are always about and friendly. I was able to walk up to a worker named John and had any of my questions readily answered

  They do not enforce the no trash dumping policy,makes the place look like the slums IT HAPPENS REGULARLY THE CAMERAS ARE BASICALLY FOR SHOW THEY DONT USE THEM TO FINE THE PEOPLE WHO DOES IT DAILY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERAS I’m so disappointed in the management and to embarrassed to even invite someone over ,

  My experience visiting Overlook at Lakemont was amazing from start to finish. I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. Naomie was very informative on our tour and made sure I knew where all the amenities were. When we got back Kristen was very helpful as well with answering any questions I had. They were both very friendly and personable. While we were in the office, the manager and assistant, Colleen and Janeth, came out to make sure I had no further questions and that I felt very comfortable and confident about choosing these apartments.

  Moved here from California, I’ve been living here since about two months and I’ve had a pleasant experience so far. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to concerns, the grounds are kept clean, and the community is quiet overall. Around 8PM and onward you can almost hear a pen drop outside. I know other reviews give them a bad rep but those are completely false & reflective of prior management. The current staff are lovely to work with. A lot of reviews mentioning safety concerns and lack of amenities and that is NOT TRUE AT ALL! I am a single woman and I feel safe walking around at night, the community is well lit, there are no “shootings” as some of the reviews state, the package and mail rooms are always clean each time I gather my items, and the gym is always clean with functioning machines. I attend the gym twice a day 5x per week, each time the gym is spotless & all machines function. You can occasionally smell marijuana or cigarettes throughout the property but that isn’t as common as other reviews are making it out to be. I walk these grounds each day in effort to close my Apple rings so I see a lot, smell a lot, and hear a lot. My work is just 14mins away so I often come home for lunch and do midday walks too. Having toured a lot of communities before deciding on this one and also being a property manager myself (not for this company) the past decade, I can say with certainty the apartments are priced well for the space offered, comparable to others on market, and well maintained. Anytime I’ve seen trash scattered it’s removed within the day, the landscaping is very appealing, parking striping is well maintained, lights function throughout, and parking is reasonable. The parking isn’t a great but it’s most certainly not awful either. I’ve found a park each night within the vicinity of my unit even on weekends. I’d definitely recommend living here! My friends and family who have visited love it as well. Just a few blocks from Lewis Creek park, close to various hiking trails along Cougar mountain, and less than 20mins to Downtown - it’s the perfect spot to call home.
