  Grayson was absolutely incredible to work with when buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and he made the entire process clear, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. He was always responsive, honest, and truly had my best interests in mind, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I felt confident in every decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent for my first home purchase and would highly recommend Grayson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Even though this wasn’t my first time buying a home, I was still nervous—especially with how competitive the market can be. Grayson immediately put me at ease. He was professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. From the very beginning, I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart. What impressed me most was how hands-on and attentive he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and made sure I always felt informed and empowered.   Grayson Martello-Livingston I began planning a trip to Italy with my daughter when a friend referred me to Grayson, as she’d had the privilege of traveling with him the year prior. She recommended that I contact him for help, and I’m so glad I did! From the beginning Grayson was professional, educational and very passionate about helping me get exactly what I wanted out of my first trip to Italy. He has many personal contacts he works with, along with a great deal of ideas and advice to customize the perfect trip. His suggestions of a cooking class in Rome, specific winery tours in Tuscany and a Vespa tour on the Amalfi coast really added a special touch to our itinerary! Not to mention the suggestions of his favorite rooftop-top bars for Aperitivo, and restaurants for dinner. He even booked the reservations! Grayson’s deep knowledge of Italy gave me full confidence that I made the right choice by hiring him to assist me with this very special mother/daughter trip!
