  Over the past couple years, it’s been a great place to call home. Management is responsive, maintenance actually shows up, rent stays reasonable, and the location makes everyday life easy. Hard to ask for much more. Management & Staff Tatiana is fantastic. She replies to emails quickly, is always professional, and just makes things simple. I had a noise issue with the upstairs unit once and she had it handled by the next morning. Having management onsite every day really does make a difference because you always know who to talk to and things don’t get lost in the shuffle. Maintenance has been just as reliable. After dealing with places where you wait forever for a work order, it’s refreshing to have repairs handled the next day on a consistent basis. Value Rent has stayed reasonable, and the increases have been fair compared to what’s happening in the area. It genuinely feels like they’re trying to keep good tenants instead of hitting people with big jumps. Amenities The package lockers are a small thing, but they’ve been a lifesaver. I haven’t had a single missing package, and there’s no extra monthly fee for using them. Location H‑Mart and Safeway are close, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the freeway entrance is right there so you can skip downtown traffic completely. It’s a very convenient spot overall.

  This is my favorite place! Tatiana is absolutely a treasure! Always available and more than happy to help. Place is always welcoming and clean.Tatiana, Micheal, Art and Jeff do a great job.

  I was in a rush and in search for a studio to move into within 2-3 weeks and toured Excalibur as my first stop. I fell in love with the property instantly and here is why: Convenient location (DT Bellevue and 10 min walk to the transit center), clean common areas (Lobby, elevator, garage, and trash room), quiet/friendly neighbors, overnight security, package lockers, renovated, fair rent, and most importantly, their staffs are the best I have ever seen in the greater Seattle area. They truly did check every boxes for me. Tatiana helped me through the process of moving in and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She's welcoming, informative, and quick with her responses. It's been a pleasure to have her in the office and receiving her assistance as I navigate my new home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I previously had concerns for my safety at Belltown and Redmond due to filing a legal case. Tatiana showed her concern for my well being and informed me about their security measures at Excalibur and provided me their contact information as well. I walk my dog during late evenings and I actively see them around the property which is very comforting. I've lived in UD, Belltown, and Redmond in the past 6 years and truly have never met a leasing agent like Tatiana. If you are looking for a place with responsible staffs that are willing to assist in enhancing your living, this is the place!

  I’ve lived at Excalibur for over 7 years, and I highly recommend it! Fabulous location, fair rent and parking rates, and a staff that’s constantly working to improve the overall experience of their residents. A lot of apartment complexes gouge you in annual rent increases, but not Excalibur. Tatiana and RJ are incredibly friendly and personable and really make this place feel like home. The building itself and the location are very safe and the area is incredibly walkable. Residents are very respectful of each other. I’ve never once had to complain about another resident (never even a noise complaint!). The building is kept very clean and well-maintained. Maintenance orders are handled swiftly. If you have an interior unit your apartment can get kind of stuffy in the summer, but definitely not a deal breaker. If you want a lot of bang for your buck this is definitely the place for you!
