- MLMatthew LimSep 4, 20255.0I recently had to break my lease at Excalibur Apartment Homes and wanted to share my fantastic experience, especially with the landlord, Tatiana. From the moment I moved in, everything was handled with incredible transparency and efficiency. Tatiana's communication was excellent, making sure I was always up-to-date on any community news or events. She was particularly great with managing packages, ensuring they were always safe and accessible. Any time there was an issue, she was quick to respond and find a solution. The building itself is currently undergoing some beautiful renovations with new paint and other updates, but honestly, it was already a wonderful place to live even before these improvements. The apartment was well-maintained, and any prior renovations were clearly done with care. My apartment in particular was renovated (not a classic finish), so it honestly looked amazing for the price point compared to other apartments. I can't recommend Excalibur Apartment Homes and Tatiana enough. Even with the complexities of breaking a lease, the process was seamless thanks to her professionalism and understanding.

As a number of other people have said the management team is incredible, especially Tatiana! Anytime I had a question or needed assistance she was unbelievably helpful and made the whole experience that much better. Phenomenal location too... definitely five stars.
