  I’ve been in my building for about 2.5 years, and I say this as someone with a lot of firsthand property management experience: Claudia and Elizabeth at Brinks are the real deal. Over the time I’ve been a tenant in my building, I’ve seen multiple management handoffs, so I have real context for comparison. As compared to previous management arrangements for my building (which have given me great pause and very low confidence in their ability to execute on needful things) Claudia and Elizabeth are easily the most organized, professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented team I’ve worked with in this building. They communicate clearly, follow through, and they handle issues like professionals who are also very kind, genuine and human. They manage the building without attitude, without excuses, and without making tenants feel like a nuisance, even when they’d be within their rights to do so. This building is not the easiest environment to manage. It’s the kind of property where day-to-day operations can involve a surprising amount of hands-on coordination—parking and towing situations, reminding residents about basic common-area etiquette, and dealing with the constant “small fires” that come with a high-traffic residential building. Claudia and Elizabeth handle all of that with patience, firmness when needed, and a genuinely respectful tone. My situation is also a little unusual: I rent a small office space inside a residential apartment building. That creates unique logistical quirks because my unit doesn’t fit neatly into the normal, expected boxes for things like internet service, mail service, parking, etc. None of that is their fault, but they’ve still gone above and beyond trying to help me untangle it and move things forward. And even though my lease is smaller than most units in the building, they’ve never treated me like a “less important” tenant. Brinks, in general, has been very proactive, patient and professional in their attempts to untangle the mess they were handed when they took over this building. Claudia and Elizabeth, specifically, (As I’ve had the highest degree of personal interaction with them) make it easy to trust that things will actually get handled. Not only does their professionalism noticeably improves the experience of being in this building - But, if we’re being honest, they tend to bring a little splash of sunshine to everything they do. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brinks, Claudia or Elizabeth to any property owner or tenant who may be considering working with them or renting from them.

  Being a resident at a property managed by Brink for the past year has been by far one of the most solid experiences I've had since becoming a resident in WA 15 years ago. I've dealt with my fair share of property managers, and Claudia and Elizabeth have risen to the top. They have been communicative and helpful with any and every issue we've presented, whether big or small. I look forward to the future years knowing we have such a solid team supporting us.

  Really fantastic people. We've had a few property managers with them and they've all been great. Our current team, Claudia and Elizabeth, have been the best of them all. Very personable and attentive to the property's needs. They run a tight ship and I like being able to come home to a place I know is being looked after by a solid team like them. Thank you Brink for making such a team possible 🙏

  Brink management property has no issues leaving a single mother with a 5 month old in the middle of winter without hot water due to not fixing water heater for days. They cared more about doing things within landlord code than having compassion about the situation and providing any sort of accommodation or options for living situation while waiting for repairs. I’d think twice before considering renting with them.

  I thought I found the perfect place near my job as I don't have a car after moving back from out of state they told me they were holding up my application fo past resident verification checks even though I meet all of the other qualifications can I have several years of rental history from other locations I've never had a place give me such a difficult time of being approved for an apartment or a place to stay they told me that they couldn't get ahold of my past residences but when I contacted my old landlord they told me that nobody had reached out to them they told me they weren't able to verify my employment but when I talked to my boss he said that they sent the wrong information on the form and when someone called him on the phone they didn't want to finish the conversation and told him that an email will be better before he could finish and got off the phone with him and sent over incorrect paperwork and did not correct it my paperwork for the apartment I thought I was going to live in and have been telling everybody about is not being approved because of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the verification team it's not a joke to play around with people's lives when they're trying to find places to live and it's very competitive to find affordable housing someone like myself who is a professional educated person with no criminal history and no red flags should be immediately approved for a place to stay it seems like there is some racial bias against blacks or other Prejudice in the way that they are processing applications and that they're not processing them fairly across the board for all people they told me that nobody else was applying for this apartment you would think that they want someone to be living there who's a good employed stable tenant but instead they hold up your application and or don't completely finish the verification process on their end by not contacting everyone and lie about it I am so disappointed in this I was expecting to be moving in this week but now I don't trust this place and I don't feel comfortable with how they've been handling things I've never had to go through all of this before. I can see if I was someone that had a criminal history eviction notices a bunch of children and a bunch of dogs or some other red flags negative credit score but a citizen etc but I don't have any of these things and yet they're holding up my application. Landlord's complain about finding quality tenants but when they have quality tenants that use racial bias or other practices to deny good people a place to stay.
