  Lived here for a year and a half, had the most disrespectful downstairs neighbours, management never did anything. So many nights of loud banging and running around until 3-4am. Don’t live here if you want to have management who actually listen to you.

  Listen to me, DON'T DO IT❗️❗️❗️ I'm telling you for the sake of your mental and physical health❗️I trusted Katie (Who is believe is gone now), she seemed so nice and professional, but the woman was a trickster. She urged me to sign a lease, I signed and then went to see the place and it was the opposite of what I was told. HUGE spiders, crawling on the ceilings, running out the heaters, I am serious!!! Not one, not 2, but multiple spiders every single day. I felt like I was in a World War, literally I developed PTSD. I couldn't sleep, I would wake up every ten to 15 minutes to "scan the room" for spiders. The spiders were worse than rats and roaches COMBINED❗️I was literally terrified 😨. Not to mention the place is in the middle of a cemetery ❗️❗️Mold hidden under paint. I would stay in TENT city before I ever consider this place. EVER❗️❗️❗️

  We are current residents at Alderr Bellevue and we can say that with the new management the community has improved a lot. It’s clear that things have changed — everything is more organized, the staff is attentive and quick to respond. It feels like the property is being maintained at a higher standard now, and we truly appreciate the care for residents. Thank you!
