  This place is a quiet and safe place to live. The staff is nice and prompt on taking care of problems in the apartments. The only problem I have found here is if you have only 1 family vehicle this wouldn't be a problem, But when you have 2 or more vehicle per apartment it seems like it's a struggle to find parking. This is a big problem when the church next door is busy on Sunday. No visitor parking is available during this time. I think their visitor parking should have time limits to how long someone can park there before they have to move and have to wait an amount of time to park there again. Some residents park their cars and never move them from the visitor spaces which makes it hard on others. Something like 24 hour parking only then move or subject to tow reguardless of tenant or not. Your rent don't cover visitor spaces. You only get 1 free space with your apartment included in your rent. So visitor spaces can be towed. Other than the parking issues. This is a great place to live.

  The management here (Davina and Amiud), are simply the best! They both are results driven and take great care of this property daily.

  Really love living here! The property manager Davina is super helpful and friendly, maintenance gets stuff done quickly, and the community is chill. The amenities are nice and the location is super convenient. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a laid-back place to live.

  Apartment got new management a few months ago. Office staff are NEVER in the office and do not reply to your message or take a week or more to reply. Portal is hard to get into as Office has to provide you a code. Maintenance staff at First Place is great though! Just wish someone was actually in that office, but they are typically at Devonwood and neglect First Place.
