  Really love living here! The property manager Davina is super helpful and friendly, maintenance gets stuff done quickly, and the community is chill. The amenities are nice and the location is super convenient. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a laid-back place to live.

  Dont live around d210. Inconsiderate, noisy neighbor who feels entitled to play drums all the time—and the management allows this b/c we share the walls with someone who only cares about himself. We have migraines from his excessive drumming & our only option is to take it into our own hands. This is community living, why can they not stand up and make it a rule for no drumming in apartments? Davina placates and is too soft & acts as if her hands are tied. We are so fed up. Other cons—ants all year round, the place is patchy with sub par work on walls & windows. And the mold! Not to mention no car coverage? It rains 7 months out of the year… No extra amenities, like none! Not even a gym…that was suppose to be done years ago…I am sad that we’ll be forced to move do to the lack of peace, b/c it can be when the neighbor isnt acting like a frat tool. Another con—the dogs, good grief, most people cannot even stop there dogs from barking everytime they take them out to go to the bathroom…bark bark bark, even at 1130-midnight. Why doesnt the rental company care about noise? Why? B/c they are slum lords and keep raising the rent! Yep, every year we have lived here. Plus the plumbing sucks to! I cant even flush TP down the toilet, they dont have a professional maintence—or call to get an actual plummer (it might be an expense to the company) My review holds no positives, because they dont care. The storage spaces cost over 100$ an extra a month, and they—the rental/maintenance uses 3 of them to keep there junk in. Plus if you live at firstplace they have storage space built into there patio, devonwood does not. Smokers, homeless, bored/skipping class teenagers wander around during school time. The high school is so close the traffic is awful—not to mention dangerous (teenage druggies dealing near st helen manor). You do not want to live here. I dont even think maintence or the manager do either.

  Lived here twice. Took on an apartment on very short notice that was not fully clean. I let stuff get a little rougher and they did an amazing job patching things up, repainted, cleaned and looking like new. I don't normally give reviews but I was very impressed.
