Don’t be fooled by the pictures. In person, this place looks run-down and trashy. They never answer the phone. I drove 45 minutes to the office and found three employees sitting on their cell phones instead of doing their jobs. I called at least 30 times over five days about my application and was told to make changes over and over. A week later, still no answers, so I drove back, same thing. This happened five times. I’m walking away and eating the $200 application fee because there’s no way I’d live somewhere run this poorly, trashy and unsafe looking.

I Tried giving this place a try to Rent here and ignore the bad reviews on her turns out these apartment are absolutely trash, staff the whole system to return the deposit I get it if it takes 5-7 days but for it to be 20 days to hit their account and then I don’t know how many more for me to get the refund deposit I was on the phone for literally 30 min waiting for to just ignore or forget me on the line ✌️ after I asked about the refund process then I called through my sons phone and picked up saying “oh my boss something something I thought she told you or I forgot to tell you or something” …. ….. and then I asked her where would I get it sent to, she said to the address or if I didn’t put an address to the office that she didn’t know … I mean I have to ask because we are not talking about $1, or $5,10 we are talking about a DEPOSIT! We weren’t approved we didn’t know why couldn’t tell me neither when I put in the application I called then no pick up , I had a tour wasn’t opened !! Waisted my time the staff couldn’t call to reschedule???? This is what I mean I have the pictures of it being closed on the tour day and the staff walking away from me literally seeing that I was trying to get her attention to tell her about the tour and didn’t even tell me that they were going to be back or that they have a meeting she decided to go on and walk down the hallway and ignore this place and the people in there that don’t take job seriously

This review is about a refund issue that remains unresolved despite written confirmation from the leasing office. My friend and I paid a total of $290 ($90 in application fees + $200 holding fee). Due to a documentation delay, our application was canceled. The leasing office confirmed in writing via email that no screening was done and the full $290 would be refunded. After over a month, I received only $200. When I followed up, the office changed their position and claimed that we had been “screened,” directly contradicting their own written statement. When I presented their email, I was told they would not refund the remaining $90 and then went silent. This isn’t about the money alone. It’s about honoring written commitments and transparent business practices. I still have the email confirming the full refund and can provide it if needed. I will update this review if the remaining refund is resolved.
