- LBLacey BradenMay 28, 20251.0Well today 05/28/2025 was not how I thought it would go. I found Mill Pond Apartments on Zillow and liked the floorplans. Me and my husband decided to drive 40 mins to the community to see it for ourselves and how the neighborhood is. After arriving I noticed the doors were locked and no one was there. I double checked the office hours and it was well in those times. We left and decided to come back a little later in the day in hopes of being able to speak with someone. Well that didn’t happen… again the doors were locked, blinds closed, and no one there. I even tried calling multiple times and no response. Either they’re not interested in renting to new people, or they need to update their business hours to reflect not being in the office on Wednesdays.

She listens to you she’s reliable she’s respectful. She has very good communication skills. I’m very happy to have her here with us and I hope she stays a long long time.

She made the whole process a breeze and was very quick to respond especially compared to other management that we’ve dealt with at other apartments. Sadly they’re changing the management company so it’s a shame she won’t be there anymore.
