She listens to you she’s reliable she’s respectful. She has very good communication skills. I’m very happy to have her here with us and I hope she stays a long long time.

She made the whole process a breeze and was very quick to respond especially compared to other management that we’ve dealt with at other apartments. Sadly they’re changing the management company so it’s a shame she won’t be there anymore.
- AHA&S HJan 2, 20191.0When moving out dont bother cleaning. You'll be charged regardless and will move into a unit that wasn't cleaned from previous tenants. Parking is bad. And not a lot of amenities offered for price. Both one picks up their dog poop. Our mailboxes and our car were broken into.
