  I really enjoyed my apartment. It was convenient to everything. My only complaint is maintenance is super slow. And when they fix something ,it is a temporary fix. Because they will be back to fix it again. My biggest complaint is the noisy neighbors. They have no consideration. The neighbor on top of me had a kid who would run back and forth from 7am till after 10 pm. Bouncing his ball as well. It would m my ale me jump out my sleep, heart racing. So I would be forced to stay up all day even on my off days. Which wa not fair to me. But because it was not the quiet hours. There was nothing that the office could do. Even when I was sick, I couldn’t just lay and relax. Because of the noise. The whole apartment would shake all day. I would have loved to still be living there. The resident that lives in the noisy apartment had the nerve to approach m at the mailbox one night. And cursed me out and got in my face because I made several complaints. He was angry because I didn’t knock on his door and speak with him about the noise level. I told him you have the nerve to be mad because you are the problem. And knock on your door to ask you to be quite. And you acting a fool like this. No sir, I’m grown but not a fool. Your behavior now is why I notified the office as I should. He literally was about to get in my face after calling me out my name. And his wife just stood there and looked with the child in the back seat. Wow, what a kind man. He even tried to intimidate me by walking towards me with his hands in his pocket. Unbelievable!! And you wanted me knock on your door, so you could have shot me. Such a punk with a gun for a woman!! But Brookside failed to keep my unit peaceful for me. So I chose my peace to move. Maybe after the next new neighbors start complaining. They may do something better. Especially before the problem neighbor approaches them with intimidation as well. Haley is very pleasant and helpful. Very responsive. Quick to act. Tyler is fine. He can be a little firecracker at times. But that’s ok. Im a professional so I know how to speak in a nice/nasty return manner when it’s needed. The entry gates were always broken. The homeless encampment in the bushes is very dangerous. I leave for work at 4am and would run to my car. For fear of them. They would go through the dumpsters at night. I went to take the trash out one night on of them Wa going through it. I kind of stood there like, do you mind. He stopped digging, let me put my trash bags in,and then continued. Sorry, I disturbed you sir. I just live here. I’m not going to say I would not recommend Brookside. It just was not a good fit for me anymore.

  Hailey in the front office helped us and it was the best experience I’ve had in any apartment I’ve ever applied to or lived in

  Used to be a great complex with lots of working class families. W/ tons of kids playing outside laughing and having fun. But now, no kids outside. (I wouldn’t let my kids play out there alone anymore). I’ve noticed tweakers working in their hoarded garages at all hours of the night, drug deals by young thugs outside. Kids that don’t even live near us, hang out in our stairwell smoking weed and talking about shooting/robbing people. It’s kinda scary. I will say that management has been great to us. I don’t have any complaints about them. But they can only do so much!! The problem is the tenants not caring about anything anymore. On top of that, our dumpster looks like this multiple days a week. This is what I see when I walk out of my place.

  The maintenance guys Nathan and Braden are great they responded fast to my work order and are very respectful as well as friendly!

  The maintenance guys Nathan and Braden responded so quickly and were so so kind and helpful! I was very impressed with how clean the grounds looked compared to other places in town.
