  My girlfriend and I checked out four different apartment complexes this past week, and this property was far and away the best of the bunch. Even though we’re holding off on moving until the kids are finished with the school year, the staff actually took the time to work with us. We dealt with the manager—Alyssa, I believe—who showed us a unit and walked us through the amenities. She was honest about being new to the community and didn't have every answer, but she made sure to loop in Hailey to get us the right info. It was a total 180 from other places we visited; one office wouldn't even show us a floor plan once they heard our timeline, and another made us feel like we were wasting their time. This team actually seemed to care about what we needed. We’ll definitely be keeping this place at the top of our list for the summer.

  The best maintenance team I have ever seen. Ken and the other guy made sure I was happy with my unit. They came in a timely matter got the work done. There friendly and listen to what you need done. Thank you both so much.

  We lived here for 10 months and then we renewed our lease for a year and have regretted it ever since. A month after we signed a new lease new tenants moved in up above us. They have a young child who runs and jumps all day, every day and he, or their parents, think it's funny to pound a hardball all day long over our heads and the management does nothing. They don't care that our lease states, and I quote..."residents shall not engage in noisy or other conduct that disturbs the 'quiet enjoyment' of any other resident". There is NO quiet enjoyment in my life, only headaches and anger. We are 4 months in on our new lease and we cannot do anything because the manager expects us to prove the noise is happening. It is impossible to record this noise... it doesn't record on a phone. They expect us to spy on our neighbor and record them. This is not good management and I personally am about to have a nervous breakdown listening to hard, loud pounding all day every day. It is very nerve wracking. And we cannot get out of our lease. They do not care about the tenants. I regret ever moving in here.
