This place’s pre authorized system that they use will hit your debit/credit card multiple times! Never again! Then management won’t call you back! We were in the process of renting a storage container to use while cleaning up the mess caused by basement flooding when we received the contract from Pac-Van in South Royalton. The contract clearly states that Pac-Van is not responsible for any damage to the storage unit or anything else, EVEN IF it has been caused by their negligence. So if they deliver a unit to you and back into your car and bang up their storage container while doing so, you're on the hook. When my husband brought our concern to their attention, the email we got back from the sales rep stated: "We are unable to change anything our legal department has in a contract. This contract has been used for many years & seeing how we can’t change anything to your requirements we are cancelling our rental agreement with your wife for the container rental. Good luck with a company that will change a contract to your specs." So either you comply with a very bad contract or they just say FU. Not even a "let us know if you want to go ahead." Just decided we weren't worth their while and took the liberty of cancelling the contract. Hoping their legal department and sales manager see this.
