  Scott makes dreams come true!! Scott was amazing from start to finish! The sale of my house offered some unique challenges, but Scott saw the potential and had a plan from the first moment he walked in the door! He kept me informed and educated all throughout, explaining his thought process and strategies for selling my home. He was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Thanks to Scott I was able to get the best sale price for my home and realize my dream of relocating to warmer winters!

  My husband and I were first time home buyers and could not have asked for a better person to be our realtor. From the very initial call, Scott was very kind, supportive and so willing to answer all our questions! Even before he became our realtor, he was very willing to guide us through all the steps needed to get us started! Through the whole process, Scott was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he was really passionate about helping us get our home! We also had Jeff Bordeau working with us who was also extremely great to work with and was very knowledgeable about Vermont! I would highly recommend Scott Tetreault and Jeff Bordeau from Century21-TheOne for anyone looking to buy/sell a house.

  If we could give Scott Tetreault 6 stars, we would. We are so pleased with our experience buying a home in the Plattsburgh area with Scott. We were moving from Florida to this area without knowing much about it. Scott was a huge help in that he knows this region well and was able to recommend the towns he liked for rural family living. Scott set up a couple of calls in the weeks leading up to our departure from Florida. He really listened to what we wanted. He was able to discern features in some homes we initially wanted to look at, that made them poor choices for us. In that regard, we avoided wasting time and were able to spend more time checking out the places that were a good fit. The home we initially chose ended up not being for us, but Scott saved the day recommending another home he found himself that we had not seen listed. It ended up being perfect for us! Scott was very responsive to any emails, calls and texts that we sent. While we were waiting to close, he called periodically to check in. He has a great positive attitude but is also pragmatic, something you really want when making one of the largest purchases of your life. It was an absolute pleasure working with Scott. We are so pleased with the home he helped us find and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

  I listed my father's property with Scott Tetreault ,and within 3 days we had an offer. Which we accepted. Scott was always there to answer any questions I had. All in all it was a great experience working with Scott. Thanks again
