  I would strongly advise against using this realtor. From the start, communication was terrible—they rarely responded, and when they did, it was vague or incomplete. Important deadlines were missed, and promises that were made upfront were completely ignored. I was left constantly chasing them for updates, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Overall, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and work with someone else.

  Soren is not a professional but likes to appear as one . Central VT Realestate will not be welcome back to any showings at my properties. He disrespects agents of the opposite side of the deal and owners of the house he is showing to potential buyers . He also offers advice on his personal beliefs not actual professional Realestate knowledge.

  Soren was so great to work with! We had a very stressful moving experience—for a variety of reasons—but he was full of ideas and insight to help us tackle the areas we were struggling with. It really helped to have Soren on our team.
