  I would strongly advise against using this realtor. From the start, communication was terrible—they rarely responded, and when they did, it was vague or incomplete. Important deadlines were missed, and promises that were made upfront were completely ignored. I was left constantly chasing them for updates, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Overall, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and work with someone else.

  Soren recently helped my family find a beautiful home in the upper valley area. He was willing to explore homes in many different areas, in order for us to find the place that is just right for us. He was very responsive to my emails and texts messages. He worked late one evening in order to get our offer in ASAP, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge of architecture and how homes are built was very helpful. He thought of good questions to ask and had useful insight to offer. The whole process ran smoothly and we are happy to enthusiastically recommend Soren.
