    The parking spaces are VERY iced over and it’s quite dangerous. They were NOT well maintained during the snow storms this past few months.

    We've been renting here for almost a year now. Casey and crew are fantastic people. Great location as well, close to the bike path and with private access to a sandy beach. Just know that it takes a good 10-15 mins to get onto the freeway from this part of Burlington!
