From our first conversation Steve and Jason were so kind and informative. Every question was answered with care and a level of detail that made us feel confident in our decision to work with them to buy our first home. We expected the process to be long (at least a year if not longer like most traditional home purchases), but here we are 6.5 months later in our new home and settling nicely. Village Homes was absolutely the right choice for us, and I am so grateful to have worked with them through this process. I cannot recommend them enough if you're looking to buy a home and get out of the cycle of renting. 10/10 wish I could buy a second home just to work with them again.
