  Lived here for years because moving is such a hassle but this property is not great. Multiple maintenance staff don’t know enough English to understand “I’m locked out, the door battery is dead”, MY DOOR HAD ALSO BEEN FORCED OPEN BY STAFF SO MANY TIMES A HAMMER AND CROWBAR FORCED IT OPEN IN LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO INPUT THE CODE! Supposed to be a non smoking property, they refuse to do anything about the pot heads. Floors and walls are so thin you can hear and feel your neighbors wild parties going till well after midnight. Insulation is minimal and windows seal poorly, good luck keeping the place a comfortable temp in the middle of winter or during triple digits. Communication from the front office was horrible. Oh and from everyone else they will find a way to charge you for whatever when you leave. All in all, if they haven’t made substantial changes don’t go here

  I took off 1 star for each $100 I wasn't expecting to spend on move-out costs. Wasn't very clean when we moved in, and now we are getting charged for the apt not being pristine. Clarify and rebut all you want, WP. Good luck in the future. Renter beware.
