  I had an amazing experience working with Jennifer at Summerland Heights Apartments. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to answer my questions and provide updates. Jennifer made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly and quickly. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, I was able to secure my apartment without any issues. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to move into Summerland Heights Apartments. She is knowledgeable, kind, and truly goes the extra mile for her residents.   Tengo 1 Semana que la Maquina del aire esta apagada solo nos tienen con Aire de emergencia gastando Luz más y más cada día y no hay respuesta a areglar esa maquina, Es una mala experiencia la q nos estamos llevando más como esta el Clima super frío y n contar con Calificación

  I took a tour with Joseline for a 3 bedroom apartment and while she was very friendly and professional, I decided not to move in due to the outdated condition of the apartment, in which I believe does not justify the high price. But if you don’t care for looks go and see Joseline.
