  I would like to note that, aside from the location and the maintenance staff ( I really appreciate them!!), I rate most of the services here very negatively. We lived there from September 2023 until June 2025. To briefly explain our experience: at move-out, our family was charged $270 for a very small, barely visible stain on the carpet, which felt completely unreasonable. This is a very unfair and unjustified charge, especially considering we spent an entire month preparing and cleaning the apartment carefully before handing it over.” We contacted the office about this by email to Ms. Tanya and several calls, but nothing was resolved. We have photos to show how minor the mark was. In addition, my husband was away due to his government work at the time. In 2025 February, because of his DMV-related paperwork, I had to temporarily remove the car plates. Without any notice or communication from the office, our car was towed from the parking, and I was charged an additional $200 to find the car and pay for the process. This office shows no empathy or understanding toward residents. Overall, our experience with management and service was very disappointing.

  Maintenance arrives in a timely manner, very professional, the problem is always handeled. Never had any issues with maintenance.

  I am a new tenant at Woodlee Terrace and I really enjoy the property. I found Ms Tanya Congdon to be very professional, courteous, helpful, and resourceful. She was able to walk me through the process, provide suggestions when needed and responded promptly to any questions I had. I’m happy with my choice to reside at Woodlee Terrace.

  I wanted to share feedback with the Woodlee Terrace Team in Woodbridge. Tanya the Property Manager is always cordial, professional, helpful and efficient whenever I come to her with a request or concern. It is always a sincere pleasure to interact with her with any issues or questions I may have as a resident here. I feel valued as a resident. Daniel and Paulo with Property Maintenance and Repairs are consistently respectful, cordial and diligent when addressing repair issues I may have as a resident. If the repairs are not completed at the time of their maintenance call they take the time to explain why and state their next steps to fully address the issue. I feel that they sincerely listen to my concerns as a resident here, and honestly want to address the issue brought to their attention.

  I have been a resident at Woodlee Terrace Apartments, Woodbridge, Va dating from July, 2019. Since moving in, I have consistently experienced well maintained facilities, as well as a very pleasant community atmosphere. Tanya Congdon, the current Property Manager, is in her second assignment in that. position since my arrival. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and capable and is invaluable in resolving the rare administrative problems that arise
