  Lived here for years because moving is such a hassle but this property is not great. Multiple maintenance staff don’t know enough English to understand “I’m locked out, the door battery is dead”, MY DOOR HAD ALSO BEEN FORCED OPEN BY STAFF SO MANY TIMES A HAMMER AND CROWBAR FORCED IT OPEN IN LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO INPUT THE CODE! Supposed to be a non smoking property, they refuse to do anything about the pot heads. Floors and walls are so thin you can hear and feel your neighbors wild parties going till well after midnight. Insulation is minimal and windows seal poorly, good luck keeping the place a comfortable temp in the middle of winter or during triple digits. Communication from the front office was horrible. Oh and from everyone else they will find a way to charge you for whatever when you leave. All in all, if they haven’t made substantial changes don’t go here

  Very unprofessional!! I had an appointment for 11 am Saturday the office was closed we waited outside for a while, i had even confirmed my appointment with someone via phone call and plus it says that their office opens at 10. There were a bunch of people waiting outside when we arrived god knows how long they were waiting. This is a very bad first impression. If the office is this inconvenient, I wont be considering moving in and you should NOT too. I don’t usually post reviews unless its a really bad experience. Update on the reply by management: we were there by 10:45 and already people were waiting outside, plus we has already scheduled and confirmed our appointment for 11, we waited for 30 minutes and left to grab some coffee again came back at 12, still the office was closed. And there were more people coming by and checking the office’s door it was locked so everyone kept leaving. We drove 1 hour for that tour and 1 hour back, totally wasted our time. But thank god we got to know that the management is this unprofessional before we applied and got an apartment.
