They send us a letter out stating that if tagged dead on your car it will be towed but employee in the office tags been dead since May 2024. And they still let her park on the property that is double standards. Which is not fair to the tenants I have talked to management and they have done nothing about it and wrote letters They need to lead by example Not break the rules.

I wish I could stay because River Run is like my second family here.. leaser Roberto Cortes has been absolutely amazing and he always goes above and beyond for all the residents and prospects he is a very knowledable young man with a big heart and a great asset to the company! River Run is a great place to stay and you will be welcomed with open arms!
