  These apartments have great potential if the rental office would prioritize repairs and upgrades instead of relying on the two maintenance staff, who seem unmotivated to do thorough work. I doubt the manager is aware of their lack of diligence; the maintenance is often only half-done. On a positive note, the neighborhood cleaner is very friendly. It would be great if parents encouraged their children not to litter in the buildings or around the area. According to my dad, the front office staff is always pleasant. The leasing office should consider notifying families about their children's behavior, such as littering and running in front of moving vehicles. Additionally, the company may want to explore hiring new maintenance workers, as the current ones might cut costs now but could lead to much larger repair issues down the line.

  The community is beautiful. Great space . Nice gym and pool. Maintenance is always friendly and my work orders are done in a time matter. Sandra , Amanda and Lina always smile and answer all questions need it . Great staff. 100 % recommended.

  Throughout the apartment process Miguel and Lina were there every step of the way ensuring that I had a successful experience with the apartment application. Any concerns or lack of, Miguel was right there to tackle every issue. The leasing office is very respectful, understanding and, caring. Both Miguel and Lina have great customer service.   I have been residing in county center crossing for the past 4 months and I have to say my experience here has been awful! The manager and other employees in the leasing office are very INCOMPETENT! They made the whole process of moving in much more difficult than it needed it to be and were super unorganized and unprofessional. We had to turn our forms in several times because they "misplaced them". The neighbors (in my building) at least are very obnoxious! They sat on my friends car while she was inside trying to back out and wouldn't budge, they were super drunk and very rude. To top it all off, my brothers car was broke into and I found out it recently happened to FIVE other people. The leasing office did nothing about it but just told me to report it to the police and that is all. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
