  I am writing this review to warn other residents about my experience with the leasing office at County Center Crossing. When I moved in, the leasing office provided me with a welcome letter explaining that the security deposit was equal to one month’s rent ($1929). I was told that if I could not pay the full amount immediately, I could pay half at move-in and complete the rest through monthly $19 payments. I followed the exact instructions given by the leasing staff. At move-in, I paid the required amount and continued making the $19 monthly payments as instructed. The employee who handled my move-in confirmed that these payments were being recorded and would be applied toward the total security deposit. However, that employee no longer works at the property. The new management is now refusing to recognize these payments and claims that only $500 was recorded as my security deposit, even though I have documentation including the welcome letter and payment receipts. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Residents should not be held responsible for internal errors, miscommunication, or record-keeping issues caused by staff. I strongly recommend that anyone moving here carefully review all documents and keep copies of every payment and instruction provided by the leasing office

  This place was good a couple years ago, lately is nasty, trash and dog poop everywhere. Kids playing in parking lot unsupervised and crossing in front of moving vehicles "very dangerous" I have seen kids throwing rocks at the parking lot full of vehicles. Resident do not respect the quite hours at nigh either. DO NOT expect peace here. Ah and rent keeps going up for no reason !

  They increase rent to renew lease and then again two months later because “management said so.” Look elsewhere.

  I really like the location and the staff. Everyone in leasing office are polite and professional. And finally, I would like to thank LINA for a very helpful information and caring customer service in the application process.

  It may seem like a nice neighborhood, but once you move-in the manager in the front office is very NASTY towards residents and there was a shooting on Saturday August, 23rd 2014. it is very scary to know people are shooting during the day while children play out side.
