If it was possible to choose no stars I would… If you are thinking of moving here, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Management changes regularly along with rules that are completely ridiculous and not beneficial for residents (who also give no updates to tenants). What once was a nice place to live, has now turned into the worst living experience of a lifetime. Do not give these people your money as they do not care about you and will also find any and every way possible to make living here harder for you. Their negative reviews reflect their work ethic. Trust what you read and stay away from this disgusting excuse for a community.

I was thinking of relocating to this community but when my friend was there talking to "Maria and Barbara " about his water bill and she was extremely disrespectful, arrogant and rude and dismissive of his concerns I just don't know how she can manage a rental company with that kind of malevolent attitude. They say they care about their community but walking outside I found a crack pipe outside their office. They have towed my car on new Year's Eve as well as their car several times because of a sticker issue. I would NOT recommend doing anything with this company.

there are a lot of negative reviews about Regency lakes. A few years ago, I probably would’ve been one of those people, but then I met Barbara King who is the property manager’s assistant She’s amazing She’s torn between being in the corporate world and dealing with people who just wanna live happily! They have a recently have gone a new property manager, so I’ve not had the privilege of meeting yet. But it doesn’t matter because Barbara King Has been absolutely amazing to me and my daughter And she deserves Respect and decency. She’ll help you the best that she is Able to. She’ll treat you with kindness But she also upholds the rules And she’ll do the best to diffuse all negative Interaction that is not in her control.
