  One Door was so incredibly helpful and communicative during the leasing process. I’m moving from out of state and expected a stressful experience, but Mike and Nick were prompt, thorough, and personable during all of our conversations and definitely put my mind at ease. I feel confident putting my trust in them!!

  $85 for a mailbox key replacement that DID NOT entail rekeying the box, but rather simply making a copy. They told me they were supposed to charge me $170 for it. If you're looking for commercial space, beware of the nickel and diming as it says a lot about a company. *We never had a key loss for the suite. If they were here, they would know they are electronic locks and do not take a physical key. The other key replacement was for the same mailbox and I was charged separately for that.

  Angela Bailey was extremely helpful in finding me a rental home when I unexpectedly had to re-locate to Williamsburg from NC on very short notice for work. Within a matter of a few days, Angela had located the perfect residence and walked me through the necessary paperwork without any hiccups. She was very responsive via email and phone which made this process seamless, painless, and very efficient. Thank You so much!
