  A Wonderful Place to Call Home! I’ve lived at Governor’s on North Henry for over 7 months now, and it’s truly been an exceptional experience. What initially drew me in was the unbeatable location—just steps away from Colonial Williamsburg with easy walkability to shops, restaurants, and beautiful historic sites. The apartment complex itself is stunning—new construction with high-end, luxury finishes throughout. The amenities go above and beyond, from the beautifully equipped gym and gorgeous pool to the thoughtfully designed meeting and social spaces. What sets Governor’s apart even more is the sense of community. The staff regularly organizes events like free yoga classes, holiday parties, and other social gatherings that make it easy to meet your neighbors and feel connected. I actually met a new friend—my third-floor neighbor—at one of the yoga classes! The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They work hard to keep everything running smoothly and are always willing to help. If you’re looking for a well-managed, beautiful place to live with a strong sense of community and a perfect location, I can’t recommend Governor’s on North Henry highly enough!

  I have been living at the governors for almost a year now and can say wholeheartedly I made the right decision. Between the amenities offered and responsive staff this complex is the best in the area. Special thank you to Shanell in the leasing office for always being helpful and available.

  My experience at GNH has transcended from excellent to EXCEPTIONAL since the addition of Timothy to the team! When I say above and beyond…I mean it!! Communication is great, requests are answered promptly, and he even went out of his way to ensure I received a package that carried great sentimental value to me. I appreciate his professionalism and commitment to the residents here.

  This community is brand new and absolutely gorgeous! On top of being a beautiful place to call home, it's just a short walk to downtown Williamsburg making it convenient to enjoy the local history and charm. Highly recommend!
