The whole staff from management to maintenance has been attentive and dedicated to correcting my issues…..Ashley, Leita, Jimmy and Stacey have been diligent and courteous. It is also evident that ongoing complex upkeep is taking place….. Thanks so much for all that you do!!! Let’s all keep this community a Great place to call home!!!

Everyone was super friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful especially Katie and someone else but (don’t remember his name), who went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. I’m an international student, and moving to a new country can be stressful, but the Midtown staff made me feel welcome and supported right away. On move-in day, they even let me come early, and the process was smooth and organized. The property is always clean, the community feels safe, and the location couldn’t be better close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the university. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend Current Midtown, and a huge shout-out to Katie for her kindness and professionalism!

Just assume most of the 5-star reviews are written by people affiliated with the leasing company. Or people they bribed with donuts or other free stuff (yes they do that). I wouldn’t even be surprised if they were giving a discount on rent for the fake ahhh reviews because they really need them😌. I lived here for 2 years and while the staff and maintenance team are nice, I’ve encountered countless RECURRING problems throughout my time here. The AC units are (for lack of a better word) complete garbage. I don’t know how a relatively new system can encounter such widespread and unfixable issues. It would always break without fail whenever temperatures would reach extremes, such as this past summer when there was a huge heatwave. The apartment was literally 90° (it showed on the thermostat) and I contacted the front multiple times about this issue and in the end, their solution was to give us was one (1) small portable fan that we had to keep in the living room. And to add insult to injury they just told us to keep our bedroom doors open. Mind you, this was the 3rd time this has happened in the 2 years that I was there. The first 2 times I tried to be understanding, but 3 times in such a short span definitely points to a bigger issue. If you’re a current resident, hang in there!! I’m so glad I’m outta hereeee 🏚️🏃💨🏃♀️💨🏃♂️💨

She answered every question, always took our calls and helped us work through many changing scenarios — never missing a beat. They were a pleasure to work with. The living and common spaces are well thought out and welcoming. We know our daughter will be in good hands.
