  Associa Community Management Group on Discovery Blvd in Williamsburg. Va is excellent.Sonja,Manager and Lynda ,Assistant can’t do enough for their Customers.I was there today and Sonja made a problem for me so easy to correct. Do yourself a a favor and make sure you buy into a Division that they manage.! There are two condos in Claiborne that are for sale now at great prices given the area and Schools in Williamsburg,Ba 23185! You will not be sorry! I am not!!

  The manager is less than helpful with returning our calls. They have always been an issue. I would suggest going anywhere but here.

  I would seriously question these 5 star reviews. This company “manages” our neighborhood but refuses to communicate, pay bills or come anywhere near the property. It’s almost as if they are trying to prove how incompetent you can be and still get paid. Hire someone else. Hire anyone else with a functioning brain stem.

  I have lived here at Claiborne for almost 2years.I want to say thatChelsey(Manager) and Lynda(assistant Manager are wonderful.I moved to this Communiy because of Accocia Community management.They react so quickly with a question or concern

  Every time we have a question or request, both Chelsea and Lynda are quick to respond, understanding of our perspective, and able to resolve our issue. Twice, Chelsea has actually come to our house to better understand the situations. My husband and I are very pleased with Braemar Creek's Community Group leaders, Chelsea and Lynda. We appreciate the work they have been doing.
