  We worked with Kim Field, and she was absolutely amazing for my husband and I! We were first time home buyers, so everything was really daunting but Kim made it easy. Kim was incredibly responsive, willing to answer our call at any time of day, even if it was for what we thought was a silly question. She crafted the perfect offer for us to compete against other offers on the home we loved and still got us an amazing deal on the house! I could not recommend her more.

  Ralph Immello was our realtor and man we are impressed! We live oversees in Japan and we were worried about the process of selling our home while abroad. Ralph made contact with us quick and we set meetings online to discuss. Ralph seemed to be very well networked. The home was coming off the rental market and needed renovations and Ralph went above and beyond to line up contractors, schedule deadlines, arrange for payment, etc. Communication throughout the process was great and tempered, so not to be too overwhelming. Mainly he already had answers for all of our questions before we asked them. Listing was smooth, offers came in immediately and closing was effortless thanks to his recommendation of using mobile notary. Overall, after selling several homes in the last few years, this has been our best experience with an agent EVER!!! Highly recommend this true professional for all your real estate needs.

  We interviewed 4 agencies to represent us in selling our fully renovated home in Chesapeake VA. Agent Cody Bush brought an up to date, fresh approach that we felt could allow us to fully maximize the value of our house. Cody was super impressed by the total house renovation, and immediately saw the value and the fact that neighborhood comps were not what we should base the selling price off of. Every other agent we interviewed did not fully value what we had put into the house, and estimated a targeted selling price that was much lower than we had hoped for. Additionally, all of the other agents wanted us spend up to $3000 to stage the house, offer a home warranty and pay closing costs. Cody Bush stated that was an old school approach to real estate and suggested we leverage AI to stage the house as well as leveraging the Internet and other contacts that he had. Cody listed the house on a Wednesday and had two Open Houses that same weekend that attracted 25 different perspective buyers. We received five offers and ended up selling the house for $25,000 more than list price and $75 - 85,000 more than what the other agents suggested we would receive. Cody showed up at the appraisal to ensure the Appraiser fully understood what we had invested in the house which resulted in the final appraisal matching the selling price! WOW! If you want an agent that is knowledgeable, talented and a straight shooter then Cody is your man! Other agents just bashed other agents and bragged about how good they were - showing magazine articles…all while lowering your expectations on price and wanting you to spend more and offer more incentives. That was not Cody’s approach. He did not bash other agents, rather he focused on the advantages he brought. We interviewed him on Saturday, confirmed on Monday, listed on Wednesday, had Open Houses on Sat/Sun and had an offer $25k over list on Monday. Closed on the house exactly 3 weeks later. Couldn’t have gone any smoother! Agent Cody Bush is AWESOME and I super highly recommend him! Thanks Cody for all of your help and allowing us to make top dollar without spending any additional wasteful dollars.
