  It was a pleasure to work with Tom & Dariya! My husband and I would gladly work with them again.They patiently answered every question, kindly calmed my nerves, gave excellent advice, have a sense of humor, and were available for a home tour the same day with not much notice. They sold our townhome and helped us find our new home. Our townhome needed some updating. Tom handled that entire process from suggesting colors and hiring a work crew. The townhome sold quickly and for top dollar! Tom & Dariya did their best for us and I'm sure they will do the same for you.

  I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Dariya. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were outstanding. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and truly had my best interests at heart. The entire process was seamless, and I felt supported every step of the way. Tom and Dariya are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to inspections and what to look for as far as negotiations due to them being in the home improvement business. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and honest team, I highly recommend them.

  RENTERS WARNING!!! Absolutely horrible for anyone renting from properties they manage. Moved out around June 25 and barely got my deposit back in late November 25. Even so deposit wasn’t stripped almost completely due to damages previously there by previous tenants. Overall do not recommend for renters.
