    I have at the Cascades over 5 years. My only complaint is the amount of litter around bushes and the breeze ways and stairs. People have no respect for the community when they litter.

    Don’t let the word “luxury” fool you! Half the amenities you don’t have access to or aren’t available or aren’t operational when needed. And the trash valet service take more days off and don’t make up the days.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Everything was great until we actually moved in. Unexplained fees galore. Called and asked what i got was deflection after excuse after deflection. I am STILL being charged for an Emotional Support Animal despite completing the PetScreening form right in front of the leasing agent (Ashley), when I asked i got told to send the information over again because her email changed. When confronted with the fact that she was deflecting my questions she said and I quote "I'm not deflecting, I am trying to help you" after having explained nothing. Not to mention the 70 dollar "convince" fee to just PAY my rent. Maintenance issues are not resolved in a timely manner, when they are it's fixes like super gluing the microwave door back together. Maintenance emergencies are put on back burner such as no workimg A/C when the outside temperature was 89° we got a singular portable A/C in the living room. If i was you I'd look elsewhere, almost 3k in rent for a tiny apartment, unhelpful staff, and questionable living conditions including security.
