  I like living at this apartment but the fire alarms are ridiculous this is two days in a row of any of us residents getting a warning about this or email and day two of me and my family having to leave due to a baby with sensitive ears a warning /email would be nice for everyone especially families with babies

  I enjoyed living at Solace, I enjoyed the neighbors and the staff was always friendly. The flexibility that is afforded with the way rent was paid was also a huge bonus.

  Highly disappointed with this new management company. All services they’ve added are all for a cash grab. From mandatory internet that sucks (like we’re staying in a hotel or something) & has been out all day to little fees like pest control when not everyone has animals here. I lived here during Covid with a family member for a year & now on my own going on 3 years currently. The difference is drastic. I could say I hate living here now & will not be renewing. As said before like the above, you can barely get in touch with anyone in the office which is so inconvenient. Yall say added services are intended to improve our quality of living here but they don’t. People are complaining about the same things & yall aren’t doing anything to change it. How about let’s make the internet fee non-mandatory & take off that pest control fee unless someone were to ask for the service. Also let’s communicate things that are required by yall before adding fees onto our already raised beginning of the month fees. Simple as that.
