  I'm so tired of people parking in my space!! You come home from work & have to find a space to park!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

  Who do I contact about cigarette smell and smoke that leaks into my apartment from my neighbors????? I have tried contacting the leasing office with no reply

  Jamari came by and fixed the issues we had today seamlessly. There was a problem with the garbage disposal and the thermostat. He was really sweet and explained everything to me. I appreciate it so much!

  We have lived here only since February 2025. We constantly have issues with our apartment. From the AC/heating going out, the hot water heater breaking, the leaking coming into the dining room and kitchen causing mold, bugs, etc. Maintenance works very hard but they are overworked and can take weeks to get something fixed. The whole in our dining room has been there atleast 4-5 months. That was caused from a leaking toilet. The AC/heater went out and we did not have heat for a week. That was most recent and during Thanksgiving. The maintenance man who assisted tried very very hard to fix the issue but it took days. We were sleeping in our apartment with multiple layers of clothing and blankets, all during the time family came to visit for Thanksgiving. As you can see, our wall unit is hanging on by a thread and has not been fixed. The wall piece covering the filter system is not secured and hasn’t been for 2-3 weeks. Our toilets also constantly have issues with clogging or running. We were a few days late on our rent two months ago and advised the office staff we would be a few days late. Next thing we receive a summons on our door. And management stating they were shocked we were late with our rent. Everyone has things happen but I want to be clear, ensure your residents have things fixed in their apartments before trying to give someone a hard time about late rent. I have also reached out and left a voicemail with the leasing staff, that was days ago with no response. Pegasus was also contacted, no response. Do not live here. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any community. Which is why the occupancy rate tends to be so low here and people always moving out. We have had so many new neighbors since moving here, most people leave.
