  I had plans to move back to the beach and really had my heart set on this place. I called in plenty of advance, I applied and then nothing. I could not get anyone to call me back or respond to an email so I decided this is not the place for me. If this is how Cathy treats people looking to move in I can only imagine how careless she is when you finally move in and are stuck. This was really sad to see how awful the communication was when I was so excited. When I called to tell them that I changed my mind and why they could have cared less. Never again. I won't even ever recommend this place. I found something nicer and closer to the beach and will make sure to tell everyone how awful this process was.

  This is an awesome place to live. The location is even better than awesome. The management here. Janice has taken care of everything within a timely manner. Everyone has always treated me well here I hope to stay for at least another year. I love the dog park across the street and the walking trails. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.!

  I am writing this review to warn you to stay away for this apartment complex. From the day we moved in in June of 2023 the apartment wasn't even finished being renovated and has still not been finished to this day. The renovations not finished included trim in the kitchen and missing cabinet handles, etc. The master shower has a leak that had been seeping into the wall causing a horrible moldy smell and the wall was constantly wet. The main office/Maintenace team had been aware of it since November of 2023 and would come and say "well there's mold everywhere" and tried to do minor "repairs" without fixing the problem. We conducted our own mold tests and even emailed them to Janice with no response. They finally cut a hole in the wall to see if it was an issue behind the wall which we had asked for from the beginning. That hole in the wall has been open for 3 weeks waiting to be closed back up. Our sink has broken multiple times to the point where we had to rig it to the wall to be able to use it and that took them multiple weeks to come and fix as well. There are constantly roaches no matter how clean your apartment is and even when the bug people come and spray they are everywhere. When you call the office to speak with Janice she avoids your phone calls so I called from my work, so she didn't know it was me and she answered. I have also emailed countless times and hear no response. Work orders will be open and never followed up on. When you do call and get to speak to Janice she always has an excuse of being short staffed or peoples rent not being on time. My issue with that is that our rent has NEVER been late so our problems should be dealt with. Overall this would have been a great place to live since the neighborhood is nice and quiet and its close to the beach. If maintenance followed up on the issues and fixed them in a timely manner and if Janice cared about her residents we definitely would have stayed. But that doesn't happen so we're out when the lease ends. I will attach photos of everything

  Just stopping by to give a review. Ocean pebbles is awesome. MaryAnne really goes above for the residents here and makes it a great place to live.
