- BHBusiness HarrisDec 5, 20251.0My experience with Association Community Group has been extremely disappointing as a real estate professional who regularly requests HOA documents. The process is consistently slow, and documents often appear to be completed at the very last minute. This causes unnecessary delays, added costs, and avoidable stress for clients who are already navigating time-sensitive transactions. During my most recent request I received minimal assistance and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. In particular, I spoke with a representative- Kristina Griggs and unfortunately did not receive the level of support or professionalism I expect when working on behalf of clients. Her communication style came across aggressive.The interaction felt unproductive, and there was little willingness to assist to provide meaningful support or guidance. Overall the customer service and responsiveness from this organization have been frustrating, and the lack of urgency directly affects both agents and homeowners. I hope to see improvements in communication, professionalism and timelessness service going forward.

They charge a substantial fee, but they guarantee the order will be delivered via email within 14 calendar days. You can pay extra to have the order expedited, but 14 days was fine for what we needed. Sadly, the order did not arrive on time and caused a lot of fuss for everyone involved with the transaction. Instead of apologizing, I was given lies and then excuses. They need to do better. I fear that they wait until the last possible day to send the docs so agents and sellers will be encouraged to pay the extra fee for the expedited version. Just my opinion, but when I finally got a response after sending an email demanding the docs, they arrived within 20 minutes.
