They charge a substantial fee, but they guarantee the order will be delivered via email within 14 calendar days. You can pay extra to have the order expedited, but 14 days was fine for what we needed. Sadly, the order did not arrive on time and caused a lot of fuss for everyone involved with the transaction. Instead of apologizing, I was given lies and then excuses. They need to do better. I fear that they wait until the last possible day to send the docs so agents and sellers will be encouraged to pay the extra fee for the expedited version. Just my opinion, but when I finally got a response after sending an email demanding the docs, they arrived within 20 minutes.

They will harass you and abuse their power especially if your black when given the window of opportunity. Board members have approached my house on several occasions demanding to regulate activities going on at my home. Parking rules are strict even though the neighborhood has plenty of available parking spots.
