From day one, she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly.   I’ve worked with a lot of management companies across Hampton Roads over the years, on everything from small repair jobs to large scale projects well into the six and seven figures. With that kind of experience, you get a pretty good feel for how different companies operate, and Associa Community Group has consistently been one of my favorites to work with. They’re very organized, easy to communicate with, and just overall professional across the board. From the office staff to the managers and assistants, everything feels structured and well run. As a vendor, that makes a big difference. It allows us to do our job efficiently and keeps projects moving the way they should. One manager in particular who stands out is Shatiera Charles. I’ve worked with her on multiple large projects, a ton of work orders, board meetings, and even industry events, and she’s always been great to work with. She’s extremely thorough, stays on top of communication, and makes sure we have everything we need on our end to get the job done right. More importantly, she genuinely cares about the communities she manages. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to make sure things are handled properly. That level of attention and follow through is something you don’t always see, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. Overall, Associa is a very solid management company with a strong team, and Shatiera is a great example of that. I would absolutely recommend them to any association looking for a professional and reliable management group. Big shoutout to Da’nia, Nicole, Connie, Cortney, and Walter as well!!! Truly an amazing team they have over there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
