  My family and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service we received from Vicki and her team.Vicki was there to guide us through the whole process. She was very patient with us and our circumstances, we were looking to purchase a house last year 2025 but had to call it off. Vicki was super informative and transparent about the process. When we rode past the storm and re started our journey, Vicki was right there to help continue us through the process, what made her team stand out is their timeliness to closing a deal and accuracy on the cash to close. There were no surprises at the end. My family will be forever grateful to our team for helping us close on our forever home. It was a tough tough fight but so glad to have my team right there with me to fight through being under contract, rebuttalling of the appraisal, and finally renegotiating with the owner to come to a final agreement that we couldn’t ever imagine. I don’t know what kind f emotional wreck Id be without my dream team. When other teams say “borrow from your parents to have more at closing” my team chose to fight for me. We were ready to rebuttal that appraisal. Thank you so much team!

  Where do I even begin? From the moment Vicki and her team took over, they jumped in with full force, dedication, and constant reassurance. Everything that could have gone wrong did — and she handled every challenge with grace and professionalism. For two months, we were hit with obstacle after obstacle right up to the final hour before closing. Through it all, Vicki and her team remained calm, kind, and incredibly supportive. Communication was always clear, timely, and forward-moving, which made an otherwise stressful process feel manageable.
