  Centerville Manor is an amazing community!!! The office staff are so friendly and welcoming and the maintenance supervisor DeAndre is top notch! He is so knowledgeable and helpful and truly goes above and beyond! I absolutely love these apartments! You won’t be disappointed moving here!

  Centerville Manor Apartments is not only nice apartments, but property ALWAYS looks amazing. The Management Staff, Licie and Rebecca are AWWSOME!! No matter how busy they are, they always stop and make sure your issues are taken care of. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, they really know how to make you feel at home and your never a bother. Work orders are always answered in a timely manner, management is always making sure they communicate with any and all updates within the community. You won't find another place to call home, like Centerville Manor. Go check out the wonderful Staff and Community today!!

  Can I please hear from my leasing agent today. I don't know who she/he is because I applied online. However, leaving three voicemails, sent two emails through the website. Drove up to the leasing office two separate times during regular business office hours (I'm aware the office was close two days) The last time I went to the leasing office December 26. The office was close even though it was supposed to be open I called just in case since this was the second time I drove to the leasing office and doors were locked. Somone answered the phone and informed me she was on the property but there were events going on and I needed to speak with my leasing agent. I still don't know who that is. However, I hope I hear from that person today. I tried to call again this morning January 2, 2025 still no answering. I need to move ASAP and I don't want to spend any more money on applications fees. Can someone please contact me today. Please don't reply asking me to send an email. I've done that already.

  From the moment I met Rebecca in the office I fell in love… She is so respectful, nicely dressed and professional. A beautiful person all around. If I was still in business, I would want her! Then, I met Licie and she is as professional and sweet as she can be too! I was looking to purchase a home but with rates rising, etc I decided to rent and they both won me over! You should be so proud to have Rebecca as your management professional. They are the reason I have a move-in date of April 8 for Centerville, Manor!!!
