  I met the new Managers - Ms. Nicole Singleton & Ms. Shianne Dodson yesterday and what a difference a good team makes! after months of unanswered calls & emails they took the time to listen to my concerns & provide productive solution based answers. I can see a brighter future ahead for all of us here at Bolden!

  I visited the community the other day & it’s such a nice place! I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole & Shianne & they were so pleasant & welcoming & patient with all my questions. There are so many different community rooms & spaces, it would be hard to pick just one! The location is perfect with the stores & movies right outside your door! I’ll definitely be back when it gets closer to my move in date!

  I can’t say enough great things about Nicole, the new General Manager at Rise Apartment! When an issue came up, she stepped in immediately and handled everything with incredible professionalism and efficiency. Her swift action and clear communication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. It’s so reassuring to know there’s leadership here that truly cares about residents and takes concerns seriously. I’m really happy she’s joined the team! Beyond the exceptional management, Rise Apartment itself is an amazing place to live. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. From the modern finishes and spacious layouts to the welcoming atmosphere, everything about this property feels like home. It’s clear that attention to detail and resident satisfaction are top priorities here.

  Absolutely the worst experience ever! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Got a tour with Kim and then applied online. Called several times and emailed to get status but no reply and left several voice messages to some dude name Nathan. Finally returned to the office to follow up in person and was informed that Kim is "no longer with the company". Spoke to the next agent, Cheyenne. Wow, talking about rude and unprofessionalism. She was so sure that I didn't apply until I showed her my current application. Then she back step and told me that the place is now rented!!! What a horrible way to treat your potential client. Place seems actually pretty nice, but definitely lots of better and kinder folks around here for sure.

  As a former resident of Bolden, I would like to praise the most valuable services the maintenance team, under the able leadership of Philip Hale, renders in Rise and Bolden at the Boro. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly thank Marta and Oscar for their incredible dedication to their assigned duties in the above-mentioned buildings. Not only do all the members of the maintenance team bring to the table their hard-earned skills, but they are also deeply appreciative of serving under Philip and learning from him, a leader with such an impressive professional portfolio. On numerous occasions, I was an eyewitness to how Philip selflessly regarded the interests of his staff more important than those of his own. This is one of the most shining characteristics of the great leader he truly is. At this juncture, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Cesar, a senior and valuable member of the maintenance team for all his assistance to me personally. His friendship and kindness made my life more pleasant throughout the years I resided in Bolden. Many well-deserved kudos to Maykol, Nelson and Eduardo as well for an amazing job they do there on a daily basis.
