  Amazing community staff. Very professional, diligent, but easy going and hospitable. Ultimately just makes one’s life easier and better. A perfect balance for luxury. Building is always maintained very well too and clean

  I also agree with everything you see in these reviews. I just moved from Highgate after living their for over 2 years and this apartment fails to take accountability for almost everything. Although I enjoyed my time in Tysons and would not have traded it for anything, this is still all I have experienced below - An armed robbery - Elevators are never working - Your car WILL get wrongfully towed and the apartment will do nothing about it - The doors by the garage are unlocked and anyone can get into the building or the garage - Stolen motorcycle - After being a day late on rent I had an eviction notice on my door - Poor package room quality, very easy for a package to get misplaced - Poor washer/dryer machines

  The entire Highgate Team has been very helpful with our situation. Today, I required parking for an emergency and the office is organizing a parking Audit to fix the previous disorganization. They were able to help us while we wait out the organization. Thank you to Domonique. We will update once the issue is fully rectified. 💕

  The location and the apartment unit itself is great. However, service here (other than the cleaning staff they are amazing) is quite terrible. The phones are never answered and it is hard to find anyone at the front desk half the time. On top of that, there is little guest parking (only 4 spots) leading to visitors getting towed and paying a $200 fine. One of the elevators was broken for several months and is still acting weird even though they claimed to fix it. The whole situation with the snow has also been handled poorly. Street parking and the roof top garage parking were all snowed in and residents had to shovel their cars out with no help. There was also no parking accommodations for residents who were snowed in/out of their spots and if they tried to park anywhere else they were threatened with towing. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone and I suggest looking elsewhere if you want to move into a nice apartment building with great management.

  What is the loud exhaustive tone going through the fire alarm? Why is it always something? It took months to fix the elevator and garage door with no update. Packages are stolen and misplaced. There’s some guy that works upstairs but doesn’t help at Highgate who yells at peoples kids. It’s a mess and one that no one seems happy to help at. Rents pretty decent though.
